Burton Young's real estate experience encompasses all facets of the business including brokerage, management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and finance. In January of 1998, Mr. Young formed a partnership with Rand Sperry and Mark Van Ness to manage, lease, buy and sell commercial real estate. Since then, they have purchased more than 35 properties using the Sperry Van Ness network of investment brokers.

Here at Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing, Mr. Young oversees the management and leasing of over eight million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property. He has personally brokered over 150 transactions exceeding one billion dollars in sales and is the managing partner for approximately 20 investment real estate partnerships.
