Sperry Van Ness, an Irvine, Calif.-based commercial real estate firm, has opened a new office at 5057 Keller Springs Road in Addison.
Russell Robertson, senior portfolio property manager, and Brandon Burrows, portfolio property manager, will manage approximately 1 million square feet, primarily in the North Dallas area.
Bruce Marshall, a senior adviser specializing in regional investment sales, will also join the office.
“Dallas is one of the top metro areas to be in,” said Jack Carroll, president of asset management for Sperry Van Ness’ Orange County office. “We wanted to get a strong presence there and get ready for the rebound after the recession.”
