Sperry Van Ness Opens New Branch in Addison
Russell Robertson and Brandon Burrows Join Local Office

Sperry Van Ness hired Russell Robertson as senior portfolio property manager and Brandon Burrows as portfolio property manager.

The duo along with senior advisor Bruce Marshall, who has been with the company for five years, will share the new branch at 5057 Keller Spring Road in Addison, TX. Currently, this office is responsible for managing approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Dallas area.

In his previous position as manager of facilities and real estate services with Haynes & Boone LLP, Robertson oversaw the firm's eight U.S. regional and two international offices and Metropolitan Life. He is an active member with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners and Managers Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He has more than 25 years of industry experience.

Burrows, formerly of Stream Realty Partners LP, comes with more than 10 years of experience. While at Stream, he managed a portfolio including nine office properties totaling more than 40 buildings and Lincoln Properties. He is also an active member with BOMA.
