Sperry Van Ness utilizes a centralized accounting system. Based in Irvine, CA, our Accounting Group, under the direction of Controller Cornelius Mendez, processes all revenues, invoices and payments, which flow to our reporting, which is provided to Owners in an easy to read, yet thorough and comprehensive report.

The Yardi System is our accounting software package. Yardi is recognized as a “state of the art” package for financial reporting. It provides the flexibility necessary to provide customized reporting to meet specific Ownership needs and requirements.

Owners have the ability through the web to access up to the minute financial reporting on a 24/7 basis. This is not just a posting of last month’s report. It is real time information that is available to all of our property owners.

On-going audits of rent rolls and leases as well as accounting processes are performed to ensure financial accuracy.
