Beth Villalobos, Director of Property Management for Sperry Van Ness Asset Management offers eighteen years of real estate experience. Through the years her experience has included residential, office, retail and industrial real estate management. Prior to becoming Director, Beth successfully managed a mixed portfolio of over one million square feet, Beth also assisted in training and operations throughout the Sperry Van Ness property management. As Director of Property Management Beth oversees the operations and management of approximately 10,000,000 sf of real estate nationwide. Beth is a member of the Sperry Van Ness Asset Management Vital Factor Team which works to maintain smooth corporate operations. Beth works to establish policies and procedures to achieve efficiency in property management operations.

Prior to Beth’s completion of her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, earning a B.A. in Economics, she worked for George Hyman Construction as a assistant preconstruction estimator; and as a night auditor and operations manager for Hyatt Hotels. Post graduation, she worked for Trammell Crow Residential and Trammell Crow Commercial Management. Her education coupled with her broad range of experience enables efficient and profitable operations for the clients she represents.

Experience strengths include acquisition management, budgets, cam reconciliations, and accounting management.

Beth is a member of IREM of California and holds an active California Real Estate License.
