Heidi’s career in Property Management began in the early 1990’s as an administrative assistant at a local property management company. Because of her hard work and thirst for knowledge, within one year, Heidi’s title had changed to Assistant Property Manager. Within another two years, she was managing a portfolio consisting of retail, office and warehouse buildings.

After eight years in management, Heidi was approached by a local Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate office to start up a property management division. Two and a half years later, she went out on her own and managed apartments, retail and office buildings.

Heidi has a strong background in property management accounting. For three years she worked with a local developer/property owner creating monthly financial packages, budgets and working collections for 64 properties. Heidi is also an active member of BOMA of Boise.

Here at Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing, Heidi manages two business parks in Boise, Idaho.
