Sherrie specializes in the greater Sacramento and surrounding areas. She has a diverse background of management, leasing and development of Industrial, Retail and Office properties. Sherrie has over 15 years experience with local Sacramento Builders and Owners and has gained extraordinary expertise in handling all phases of asset management.

Here at Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing, Sherrie works closely with the Director of Asset Management to effectively lease and manage our client’s assets as well as increasing SVN’s efforts in expanding our Sacramento Portfolio.

In her time serving on the Board of Directors for the Power Inn Business & Transportation Association, Sherrie has received multiple awards for her service and leadership of the Association.
