Thomas Bentley, Portfolio Manager for Sperry Van Ness Asset Management, Sales & Leasing joined the Sperry Van Ness team in July 2007 with more than seventeen years of real estate management experience. Through the years his experience included office, retail and industrial real estate management. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Mr. Bentley successfully managed a mixed portfolio of over one million square feet for Kaufman Realty Group in Atlanta as their Senior Property Manager. Mr. Bentley also oversaw the construction and staff management of their Atlanta portfolio. Previously, Thomas successfully managed a portfolio of 800,000 square feet of Class A office space in Atlanta for PC Associates.

Thomas has received numerous awards during his career in real estate management the latest being, Sperry Van Ness's "Property Manager of the Year" in 2008 and "Highest Value Added to a Managed Portfolio" in 2007.

Experience strengths include acquisition and construction management, budgets, cam reconciliations, and staff management.

Thomas holds a real estate license and is a member of IREM.
