Gary Nielson brings 30+ years of finance and commercial real estate experience to SVN clients. Gary received both BS and MBA degrees from USC and is a California licensed CPA. He has extensive institutional background as well as “street smart” real estate experience learned at the side of some of the true icons of our real estate industry.

Gary has played vital leadership and strategic roles for Price Enterprises, The Hahn Company, Koll Management Services, Carver Development, Cornerstone Real Estate Funds, Sperry Van Ness International, CB Richard Ellis and Mayberry Investors.

He has raised several hundred $ million of debt and equity financing from some of the most well respected financial institutions in the country. His management expertise at both the corporate level and property level combined with his underwriting and due diligence acumen provide a solid track record for success and the long term realization of value in real estate.
