Jon Sorokowski serves as a Senior Vice President with Sperry Van Ness Inland Empire Office. Sorokowski specializes in commercial investment transactions in the Southern California marketplace. Sorokowski also serves as one the members for Sperry Van Ness Asset Recovery Team. He has over 18 years of experience in the industry and a transaction volume of over $450 million dollars. Sorokowski's experience in distressed properties ensures his clients the property will be sold at maximum value with the least amount of time on the market.

In addition to retail and office, Sorokowski’s transaction portfolio also includes mobile home parks, industrial and apartment properties in California and out-of-state. Sorokowski has also represented clients in Nevada, Arizona and Kansas.

Since joining Sperry Van Ness in 1998, Sorokowski has been a top performer of the office receiving numerous top achievement awards.

Sorokowski prides himself in building strong relationships with clients. Whether he is marketing his client’s properties to obtain maximum value or representing his client in purchasing a property, he always does what is in the best interest of the client and works diligently and aggressively to get the deal done.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Sorokowski served as a Senior Associate for Daum Commercial Real Estate where he was consistently one of the company’s top retail agents. Sorokowski also served as a agent with Commercial Brokers Inc. prior to Daum ‘s acquisition of the firm.

Sorokowski is currently affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
